We invite you to vacation at Casa La Vista (house with
the view), which is located high in the hills of Los Chivos on a ridge
overlooking the Caribbean. We are centrally located, equally convenient
to both
Esperanza and Isabel Segunda and about a 10 minute drive to some
of the most breath-taking beaches on the island, if not the entire
Caribbean.
The views (from which the house was named) have unobstructed
views of
the Caribbean overlooking Bioluminescent Bays and Sun Bay. A very quite
tropical setting offering the tranquility one yearns for on a Caribbean
vacation….. a perfect place to get away from it all.
An open 50’verandah that runs the length of the house and has
outstanding views that offer countless hours of entertainment whether it
be watching the islands wild horses carousing through the hills by day
or watching the bright stars and twinkle of lights from Bio-Bay at
night. The sunsets make the palms overlooking Sun Bay look like
eyelashes winking at the Caribbean Sea. This spot is perfect for a quite
moon lit dinner. For
those early risers the sunrises are just as spectacular.
The newest addition to the house is a spectacular salt water pool
that feels like it is suspended mid-air. The pool is 30’ X 12’ with an
outstanding 12’ surround deck, an 8’ privacy wall with an outdoor shower
creating a very dramatic setting.
The house is nestled in a very tropical setting and offers two
separate suites ideal for two families or couples. The huge master suite
has a king- sized bed and en suite bath; there is also a single/twin bed
if you need to accommodate another person.
The second bedroom has a queen and double bed that can easily sleep
four and also has an en-suite bath and a patio area overlooking acres of
conservation land. Both bedrooms have room dividers for privacy if
needed. The grand room is an open loft space with living room, dining
area and kitchen as well as a full sized bath and laundry room.
The house is fully equipped- all bed linens, towels, beach towels, a
fully equipped kitchen and beach chairs, cooler etc.
Our house manager meets visitors at the airport, helps with car
rentals and general island information.
